Free shipping in the Netherlands. All prices on the website are included shipping.
Shipping to Europe: €5,90 (charged at checkout)
 
Want to try on the products first before making a purchase? Let me know and we can arrange this in Amsterdam (South).

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, shipping and delivery. 
You will be notified when order is shipped and provided with tracking information. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking to update. 
If item(s) are damaged upon arrival please email madebytulin@gmail.com.

RETURNS

All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of of fulfillment date. Anything beyond this time frame will not be accepted. 

PLEASE NOTE: Earrings may not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Personalised jewellery may also not be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include the original tags. Please email madebytulin@gmail.com to report your return. Make sure you pay the return costs in full. Once your return is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund details. If the items are used, worn, damaged or incomplete, TULIN is not obliged to take back the products.

If product is damaged upon receipt please reach out to us at madebytulin@gmail.com within 7 days or it may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

We do not offer repairs.
